Employers who employ a new apprentice between the 1 April 2021 to 30 September 2021 period can receive financial incentives from Government.
This is to help the economy and businesses recover from the impacts of the coronavirus (COVID-19), pandemic.
An employer can apply for a PS3,000 payment for any new apprentice:
who have an employment starting date between 1 April 2021 – 30 September 2021.
They must have an apprenticeship beginning date between 1 April 2021 – 30 November 2021.
This payment is in additional to the £1,000 you will already receive for taking on an apprentice who’s:
Ages 16-18
Below 25 years old, has an education plan, health care plan, or been in the care and supervision of their local authority
